Photos for Executive coaches.

You have an established business and brand but have never used professional photos before?

No matter how successful, there is always a need to push for new clients. The minute we stop. it stops.

You are not alone in this.

But how? As more competition continues to enter the workspace?

Despite your incredible knowledge, experience and outstanding niche, it is important to be seen online if you want to find clients this way,

You need something else…

Photos for executive female coaches.

Client story :-

I connected with Jane over LinkedIn. I discovered her via an online marketing campaign. She had a wonderful business, niche and an outstanding portfolio of clients, based globally.

A large sector of her clients were situated within The City, the London banking and financial district. She had a brilliant business but simply wanted more clients.

She felt ready to upscale her social media. To make it work in a far more, structured, productive and strategic way.

I really liked her. She was very personable and genuine., with a great and open smile.

This is where I found her and we began to talk.

Half a story?

  • It can feel awkward talking about a continual use of branding photos, Some clients have even called it narcissistic. I get it.

  • For my part, it initially felt super indulgent but I moved beyond that when I realised that the photos simply helped me find / attract the right clients.

  • The uncomfortable feeling of constantly being seen in photos I believe can stem from women’s internal descriptions about themselves. We must not shine too bright. It is not our role in life.

  • But your content without significant brand photos/photos is simply half a story. Half of what you are about in your business.

  • We hear the voice through your content but we aren’t allowed to assess you visually by how you look when you say these things. Half of your impact is already lost.

As women we have historically been valued for how we look. It then follows that when we have successfully and significantly proved our cerebral worth it might seem regressive to show up in photos…?

Ask to be looked at again?

When we have finally made you listen to us?

But this is not beauty. This is business!

  • Your images are made to reflect and attract business. Not to make you look beautiful.

  • There is a huge difference:In the position of the camera, the framing, the body language, expression and of course how we dress.

  • How we look and act in business is significantly different from our personal life and the roles we take on there. And therefore the photos are made accordingly.

  • Your business images, as an executive coach, are made carefully to send the right messages about you, your commercial value and to a specific target audience.

  • We work hard collaboratively to set your level, not to just to retain your power but to magnify and elevate it through your brand photos.

  • To show you in your role of power. In real time. And to let others see for themselves.

  • Unapologetically proud, not showy or frivolous.

  • We want your target audience to view you in a strong and professional way.

Demonstrate your power and truth.

A great brand photograph holds a place for you online for anything up to 5 years.

It continues to talk on your behalf when you are absent from the room.

It brings great connection and draws us far closer in than text can because it carries more emotion and personal content.

Those clients of mine who follow a ‘drip feed’ approach, using at least one brand photo every week in their socials, experience an increase in sales, engagement and ROI.

95% of those same clients will continue a visual story online and will take a new brand shoot every 2 years.

LOVE them, how I look and how they make me feel about my business is totally underrated.

No one could have described that to me beforehand.

The above are common responses across many clients.

It can be a mixed emotional feeling to look at yourself in branding photos for the first time.

One client told me she had really struggled with this. She is a trauma coach and has overcome significant personal issues herself. The images took her breath. And it didn’t feel comfortable. I think part of this was truly seeing herself represented in a completely different way. Almost like another person. Someone she did not recognise.

Professional photos can bring to the surface hidden emotion and issues. All those things we tell ourselves, about ourselves, many are not truthful or kind but words of others, long since remembered.

This same client told me if she had seen the photos during her photo shoot she would not have coped.

A week later, she totally found it. She made peace with her internal dialogues and fears. She totally loved her branding photos and now uses them regularly.

And a year on from her first shoot, she is talking about her next branding photoshoot with me.

Brand photos can change perceptions we hold about ourselves in a deeply productive way.

Or they can illustrate areas where we need to make peace.

So now you have your photos what next?

Actually an online tutorial centred around image use, how to read them and match content effectively.

With a strategy of image use, you have a purpose, framework and you will not feel alone.

There is always a wealth of extra support in this that you can ask from me. If it’s not fully resonating or you just feel you need a little more…

And so to Jane.

We met via a zoom call to see how we fitted and worked together. She listened intently and was excited by my methodology.

I analysed her business and we took things back to the table and discussed her brand shoot some more.

Ask someone to try and visualise their business, describe it in pictures and they often don’t know where to start. They look and smile, waiting for a further illustration.

I have a sense of their business, when they have described to me how they work; where they meet their clients, how they look when they work and collaborate. What and how they deliver ? How they communicate and educate, I then provide a visual shoot plan and agenda.

A plan that we discuss, question, further discuss, deliberate over and find solutions to.

This is informal and easy.

And I love when clients suddenly light up with a visual idea for photographs. They become animated. I smile because I can see a process beginning; someone thinking visually around image use creatively for their business and maybe for the first time.

So how does this crystallise into new clients and business?

Showing up weekly, in just one professional photograph starts to draw a professional visual narrative about you for other businesses to understand.

Every week as you progress and your visual brand starts to grow we begin to remember your content, More specifically you.

It is not just about head shots you images have a huge wealth in supporting every part of your online brand, doubling its impact by injecting emotion and value into every piece of content.

Photos can be used for:-

  • Head shots across all media platforms

  • Page headers

  • Website and a huge charismatic injection of images, can be across every page header to a full screen image, for maximum impact.

  • Blog posts

  • Articles

  • Podcast photos

  • Presentations & Powerpoint

  • To support bids and proposals

And enough images in one business shoot to allow you charismatic impact for at least one year to 24 months use.

Working for the joy of you and the power and success of your business and brand.
